We offer free worldwide shipping. For customers in the United States, all charges are included in the displayed price and there are no additional fees. 

In some cases, customers may be on a business trip or unable to sign for the package delivery within the estimated time due to various reasons. Or, if you are planning to move and need to expedite production and delivery, you can contact us in advance and we can work together to make reasonable adjustments, such as delaying delivery or speeding up production.

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Once you receive your doll, please check it carefully ASAP. Products that arrive faulty or damaged must be reported within 48hrs of delivery.

Missing Parts or Incorrect Doll:
If you find that there are missing parts or the doll you received does not match the factory photos, don't worry. Just take some clear photos and an unboxing video of the doll (including the whole body, head, shipping label, and outer box) and send it to our email at service@realdollshub.com. We will report the issue to our factory and carrier and help you get a replacement.

Damaged Doll:
If the doll is severely damaged during transportation, please file a claim with the carrier as soon as possible. We will also assist you with claims and returns. In addition, although we have a strong pursuit of product quality and strive to give you a perfect doll. Please keep in mind that sex dolls are handmade and minor blemishes are not considered damage. Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order are subject to a 10% non-refundable restocking fee.

Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the doll has been shipped (while still in production) are subject to a 30% non-refundable restocking fee.

If the doll is almost complete but has not yet been shipped, a 40% non-refundable restocking fee will be applied.
