This doll definitely exceeded my expectations. Very realistic looking, very beautiful and nowhere as heavy .. Thanks to realdollshub and Zelex for this great product.

I did have an issue with some tearing that occurred at the bottom of the butt. I reached out to customer service and sent them photos. 4 days later I had a new body delivered. Customer service was top notch without a doubt. Best I have dealt with and it isn't even close.

I bought a zelex sle 172e body with 205 head. It arrived last Friday. 3 days earlier than tracking predicted. I've had it for 5 days. On the back of the legs it tore on both sides while bending it at the hips to a 99 degree position so I could cradle the doll with my arms to lift it. I emailed customer service and sent photos of them a d a screen shot of the order number. They responded almost immediately. After a couple emails they are sending me a new body. All within a 3 hour period. Realdollshub I will be back. You can count on that.
